87/hourThe College of Human Sciences & Education is comprised of five degree-granting post-secondary schools:
School of Kinesiology, Lutrill & Pearl Payne School of Education, School of Leadership & Human Resource Development, School of Social Work and School of Information Studies.
In addition, the college oversees two pre-college units:
The Early Childhood Education Laboratory Preschool (ECELP) and University Laboratory School (ULS); as well as four Board of Regents Centers & Institutes:
the Leadership Development Institute, Early Childhood Education Institute, Life Course & Aging Center and the Social Research & Evaluation Center.
The unique infrastructure and needs of the college's pre-college division requires a full-time Business Coordinator to serve over the tuition and fee collection for both the ECELP and ULS.
65% Tuition/Fee Management:
Manages all aspects of tuition, billing, and fee collections for both, the University Laboratory School and Early Childhood Education Laboratory Preschool.
Including, but not limited to the following:
reconciles, processes, and deposits all credit card, check, and cash transactions through various systems (FACTS, PowerSchool, ProCare, CARD, etc); creation and maintenance of customer profiles, permission to bill forms, internal fee requests, and refund requests.
15% Auxiliary Sales/Services:
Responsible for processing all cash transactions, meal plan revenue and internal transactions from the University Laboratory School's cafeteria unit, which serves as a separate auxiliary unit.
10% Customer Support Services:
Fields all calls, emails, and in-person correspondence from parents/guardians, school/college faculty and staff, and university administration, as it relates to tuition, billing, and fee collections.
10% Other Duties as Assigned.
